Why Use The Workplace Big Five Personality Traits?

Which of your personality traits have the biggest impact at work? And what kind of impact — positive, neutral, or negative? How about teammates and what makes them tick? Completing a Workplace Big Five (WPB5) personality test can be the start of answering these questions and more.

The big five traits help to define each person's unique personality within and outside the workplace. Shown through research to be valid and reliable measures, big five personality assessments have been applied to the workplace throughout this millennium.

While strong personality traits are consistent across time and settings, some assessments are geared more toward workplace behaviors. WPB5 assessment results help individuals and managers understand how their behavioral tendencies and those of teammates can improve team impact, communication, and individual effectiveness.
