In this article, we will look at the organizational structure, supports, and ideas that can enhance an individual's motivation to fulfill his or her their needs through employee engagement.
While employee engagement refers to the commitment that an individual feels and demonstrates toward an employer and company goals, the degree of commitment is ultimately the employee's choice once the following company factors are in place — a hierarchical structure, cultural support, and specific activities or solutions for enhancing engagement.
