Taking a WPB5 personality assessment can determine if you score high on certain personality traits that may affect workplace results. What, however, is the official term for scoring low in these areas? Would it be closed-minded? Unreliable? Shy? Argumentative? Emotionally balanced? Taking an assessment and learning more about personal traits and what they reveal is the key to understanding many workplace strengths for oneself and others.
By understanding WPB5 personality traits within the self, it is easier to spot them (or lack thereof) in others and use this information to support team cohesiveness and workplace success. This is where a reliable, highly validated measuring instrument is needed. Dunson & Associates use such an instrument to assess managers. Managerial results can be used for job-matching, leadership development, supervisory effectiveness, hiring-firing decisions, and more. Where would it best lend itself to support you or your team?
