Remember that your customers also include your manager, teammates, or others within your business that seek your professional input (e.g., a status report, or an email follow-up). As with any quiz of this type, the most important thing is that you are honest with yourself. An interpretation of your score will follow the quiz. 11-23 points: You're on your way to becoming a star customer service agent. Look closely at the 3 major areas and determine if one is shining brighter than another. Use your strengths and identify a coach to help you develop a training plan to build your discipline in providing a great customer experience.
> 23 points: Congratulations! Allow others to hitch a ride on your customer service star! You act more confidently in creating a great customer experience than most other people on the planet. Celebrate your strengths and share them with others.
